Arts House Limited (AHL) is a not-for-profit organization committed to enriching lives through the arts. AHL manages two key landmarks located in the heart of Singapore’s Civic District -- The Arts House, a multidisciplinary arts centre with a focus on literary programming, and the Victoria Theatre & Victoria Concert Hall, a heritage building that is home to the Singapore Symphony Orchestra. It also runs the Goodman Arts Centre and Aliwal Arts Centre, two creative enclaves for artists, arts groups and creative businesses, and performing arts space Drama Centre. AHL presents the Singapore International Festival of Arts, the annual pinnacle celebration of performance and interdisciplinary arts in Singapore commissioned by the National Arts Council.

AHL was set up on 11 Dec 2002 as a public company under the National Arts Council and was formerly known as The Old Parliament House Limited. It was officially renamed Arts House Limited on 19 Mar 2014.

As a marketing intern for Goodman Arts Centre and Aliwal Arts Centre, you will be working closely with the centre managers, as well as the AHL marketing and communications team in all stages of marketing campaigns for two of Singapore’s most dynamic arts housing spaces. You will also be heavily involved in providing event and logistical support for the key arts festivals at each centre.

This internship will help you acquire marketing, communication, design and event management skills required to develop a comprehensive marketing campaign. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing that will prepare you for any fast paced work environment.


·    Support the marketing and communications team in daily administrative tasks

·    Develop weekly social media content for both centres

·    Design adaptation for marketing and advertising promotional content (e.g. EDM, social media)

·     Website updates 

·     Event support and logistics for key festivals 

·     Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

Expected allowance

$600 (includes CPF)
