UPDATED 13 Nov 2020

Aliwal Arts Centre (AAC), an Arts House Limited venue, appreciates your support and places utmost importance in the wellbeing and safety of our patrons, artists, and staff.

From 19 June 2020, NAC announced the latest guidelines for Phase Two of Re-Opening for Arts and Culture Stakeholders available here.

We would like to share the latest advisories below:

  • From 1 November 2020:

Indoor live performances will be allowed to resume at Aliwal Arts Centre.

Seating arrangements will have at least 1m safe distance all around – either between groups of maximum 5, or between each individual patron (depending on the ticketing system used).

Please note that seat allocation will ensure at least 1m between groups of audiences (group sizes of 2 to 5 persons).

Please note that overall seating capacity will be limited in adherence to prevailing government advisories.

There will be no physical interaction between groups.

Between performances, there will be regular wipe down of high touch points in our venues. There will also be hand sanitisers around the venue.

Patrons are requested to download the TraceTogether app or bring along their token for entry into our venues.

  • The Fabulous Baker Boy will open in end January 2021, with safe-distancing, contact tracing and precautionary measures in-place.

AHL will continue to provide a safe and secure environment that our artists and audiences can enjoy.

These requirements are subject to further review based on the global situation and developments in Singapore, including changes to MOH’s advisories.
